Air Force Two, carrying our Vice-President Joe Biden at the New
Century Airport (Gardner, KS) He spoke on-site near the intersection of
103rd street and Hwy 69 to talk about highway/road construction that was
supported by the Stimulus plan.

The C-17 that I assume was transporting the motorcade.
